Saar. 24. Travels. Writes. Does that make her a travel-writer? Not just yet. Loves to bring all her beloved ones, earthly and heavenly creatures, along on her trip. Will try to do so by dropping notes, posting pictures, videos, writing stories. A.k.a.: sharing her experiences. Don't feel like reading from a screen? Just wait for the book to get published! (*Wishful thinking*)

Bikram: Double effect

Teacher, after I talk to him when finishing a double class (and tell him how I just had to go, because I felt my body needed to): “So, from now on you will only be able to take double classes…?

Teacher, behind the counter: “Class two today?”

Me, pulling a strange face (thinking: HOW.DOES.SHE.KNOW?!)

Teacher: “Yes, I saw you leaving this morning when I just arrived”

Teacher, after she spots me in the dressing room: “How many class today Sah-laa?”

Me: “Oh, nothing fancy, hihi (awkward laugh), just one”

HOLD IT. Question: Am I (turning in to) *crazy double person* now?

(Bikram yoga is such a life-saver right now, to all of us here. Everybody has got their “Mai pen rai*”-act together, acting like the news is not getting to them. “No need to panic”. But honestly, we all know why we are getting in to that Hot Room right now. We want to hit Final Savasana and have completely forgotten that there even exists such a thing as ‘the outside world’. Body and mind connected - Bliss. Energy in, energy out. Thank you teachers, for being there. For being strong.)

*Meaning ‘No worries’ or ‘It’s nothing” - more a kind of attitude, a great thing to say instead of losing your temper. And I notice I have grown used to the attitude.
